'PS-1' opens island wide with versions in Tamil, Hindi and IMAX

Singapore - Ponniyin Selvan - Part 1 is the widest release this week, with versions in Tamil, Hindi and IMAX. It's the first Tamil film to be released in IMAX.

Also screening in cinemas across the island are Smile, See How They Run and One Piece Film: Red.

Other debuts include Give Me Five (Mandarin), Crimes of the Future, Semantic Error; The Movie (Korean), Mumun (Indonesian) and the Japanese anime, Evangelion: 3.0+0.1 Thrice Upon a Time.

Singapore - Brahmastra Part One: Shiva is the widest opening film with versions available in Hindi, Tamil and IMAX (Hindi).

Spider-Man: No Way Home returns to screens with additional footage.

Singapore - It's the start of the school holidays, and leading the pack of new releases this week is DC League of Super-Pets and Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero. 

Cobra starring Vikram, George Miller's Three Thousand Years of Longing and Hunt, the directorial debut of Lee Jung-jae, star of Squid Game also open wide.

Meanwhile, Jaws returns in IMAX.

Other debuts include Thai monster action comedy, Leio, and the critically acclaimed Anatomy of Time playing exclusively on Projector screens.

'Air Force The Movie: Selagi Bernyawa' debuts with S$80K

Singapore - Air Force The Movie: Selagi Bernyawa is the top debut at no. 2 with S$80,000 (US$57,387).

Bullet Train returns to the no. 1 stop while last week's champ, Nope, drops to No. 4. It has grossed US$167,714 (S$233,800) to date.

Other debuts include Beast at no. 7 with US$33,179 (S$46,252), The Invitation at no. 8 and Tad the Explorer: The Mummy Adventure at no. 9.
