Singapore - MISS PEREGRINE'S HOME FOR PECULIAR CHILDREN (PG13) claims the box office crown with an estimated US$622,994 (S$850K). DEEPWATER HORIZON (PG13) opens at no. 2 with an estimated US$505,724 (S$690K, including IMAX).
Last week's top film THE MAGNIFICENT SEVEN (PG13) drops to third place. It has grossed an estimated US$586,347 (S$800K) * to date.
SEOUL STATION (NC16), the prequel to TRAIN TO BUSAN (NC16), the highest grossing Asian film of all time managed only a US$27,102 (S$36,978) debut at no. 9 below fellow new films THE GIRL WITH ALL THE GIFTS (NC16 Edited) and I BELONGED TO YOU 从你的全世界路过 (PG) at no. 7 and 8 respectively.
IMPERIUM (M18 Edited) and SOUTHSIDE WITH YOU (PG13) open on limited screens.
