Edited for NC16 rating THE BIG SHORT is the highest debut at no. 2 with US$150,001 while fellow new films THE TAG-ALONG 红衣小女孩 (NC16 Edited) and SPOTLIGHT (NC16) start at no. 3 and 5 with U$117,025 (including sneaks) and US$85,854 respectively.
IP MAN 3 叶问 3 (PG13) slips down to no. 4, adding US$113,254 to bring its record smashing cume to US$5,237,004.
Other new entrants include THE HATEFUL EIGHT (R21), MR. SIX 老炮儿 (M18) and NO LONGER HEROINE (PG13 Edited).
Holdover STAR WARS: THE FORCE AWAKENS (PG13) has now crossed the 10 million mark in domestic dollars. The Jedi pic grossed US$82,886 to bring its tally to US$7,091,457, which converts to S$10,133,976.
