ANT-MAN maintains position at no. 1

Singapore - Marvel's ANT-MAN holds onto the top spot for a second weekend. It grossed another US$928,613 for a US$3,425,037 cume.

Meanwhile, newcomers fill up the rest of the top five with young adult drama PAPER TOWNS (PG13) debuting in the runner-up spot, followed by the China box office blockbuster hit MONSTER HUNT 捉妖记 (PG), boxing drama SOUTHPAW (NC16) starring Jake Gyllenhaal and horror thriller THE VATICAN TAPES (NC16).

MONSTER HUNT is also probably the top screen average performer with US$13,490. Its total cume from 14 screens is US$188,857.

Other releases include Japanese anime DETECTIVE CONAN: THE SUNFLOWERS OF INFERNO (PG), Woody Allen's IRRATIONAL MAN (NC16), sci-fi horror EXTRATERRESTRIAL (M18) and the China remake of ONLY YOU 命中注定 (PG13) by Feng Xiaogang.
