Singapore - PIXELS (PG) will be the widest new release this weekend with premium formats that include IMAX 3D, 3D and D-Box. Look for it to debut at no. 1 despite negative reviews and challenges from holdovers MISSION: IMPOSSIBLE - ROUGUE NATION and FANTASTIC FOUR.
Also new will be ATTACK ON TITAN - PART 1, the first ever movie to be released with dual ratings. The uncut M18 version, which is apparently about a minute longer, will screen alongside the edited NC16 version. The Japanese fantasy action flick will also be the first Asian film to be screened in the D-Box format at GV Bishan.
Other new releases include John Woo's conclusion to his epic period romance THE CROSSING II 太平轮：惊涛挚爱 (PG13), Hong Kong romance PARIS HOLIDAY 巴黎假期 (PG) and sci-fi horror HARBINGER DOWN (NC16).
