THE GOOD DINOSAUR No. 1 for 2nd Week!

THE GOOD DINOSAUR holds onto the no. 1 spot for a second weekend while Ron Howard's IN THE HEART OF THE SEA (PG13) is the highest debut at no. 2.

The Pixar animation grossed a further US$444,790 for a US$1,449,219 to date, while IN THE HEART OF THE SEA grossed US$283,350 from 48 screens (including IMAX and IMAX 3D) for a weak US$5,903 screen average.

MR. UNBELIEVABLE (PG), the latest domestic release makes a healthy debut at no. 5 with an estimated US$123,847 from 16 screens.

Other new entrants include the remake of POINT BREAK (NC16) (US$268,257 / 33 screens) at no. 3, horror comedy KRAMPUS (PG13) (US$68,206 / 14 screens) at no. 8; while Chinese romance comedy GO LALA GO 2 追婚日记 II (PG13) (US$21,652 / 6 screens), thriller REGRESSION (NC16 Edited) (US$16,158 / 7 screens) and Japanese anime YOWAMUSHI PEDAL THE MOVIE (PG) (figures not available / 1 screen) debut outside the top ten.

Amongst holdovers, edited for PG13 OUR TIMES 我的少女时代, the highest grossing Taiwanese film on local shores has now collected US$3,083,405 in its seventh weekend.

BAD GUYS ALWAYS DIE 坏蛋必须死, which debut last week has grossed US$3,904 to date (figures unavailable last week).
