BEASTS maintain no. 1 position against MOANA and LULU

Singapore - FANTASTIC BEASTS AND WHERE TO FIND THEM (PG) maintains its no. 1 peak for a third consecutive weekend. It has now grossed an estimated US$3,163,869 (S$4,510,000).

MOANA (PG) is the highest debut at no. 2 with an estimated US$547,188 (S$780,000), including 3D takings from selected screens.

LULU THE MOVIE 璐璐的电影 (PG), the 11th local release of the year is reported to have grossed an estimated US$455,990 (S$650,000) from 29 screens. Add in sneaks from the previous weekend and its cume is an estimated US$491,066 (S$700,000).

Other newcomers include POKEMON THE MOVIE: VOLCANION AND THE MECHANICAL MARVEL (PG), LION (PG), THE WHOLE TRUTH (NC16) and BAD SANTA 2 (R21).

KIZUMONOGATARI PART 2: NEKKETSU (NC16) had a limited run from 25 through 27 Nov at GV Suntec.

Amongst holdovers, DOCTOR STRANGE (PG13) is reported to have grossed US$5,114,103 (S$7,290,000) to date, while I AM NOT MADAME BOVARY 我不是潘金莲 (PG13) enters the top ten in its second week with a US$20,212 (S$28,811) cume.
