by Lau Chee Nien / 10 Jul 2017

The real standout is BAD GENIUS (PG), which has been hanging around the top ten for five weeks. It moves up two positions, the second time it has done so, a rare feat in today's market. Unfortunately, box office figures are not available at the point of writing.

Only one other debut crack the top ten, as Japanese animation IN THIS CORNER OF THE WORLD (PG13) enters at no. 10 from 4 screens. Other debuts include SOCCER KILLER 仙球大战 (PG13) (9 screens), OUR TIME WILL COME 明月几时有 (PG13) (5 screens) and CHURCHILL (PG) which plays only at Lido.
