Singapore - HOTEL ARTEMIS (NC16 Edited) leads a bunch of wide releases that include BUYER BEWARE 吉屋 (PG13 Edited), and ANIMAL WORLD 动物世界 (PG13) (Sneaks Thursday; Opens Friday).
OVER DRIVE (8 screens), DANUR 2: MADDAH (PG13) (7 GV screens), DORAEMON THE MOVIE: NOBITA'S TREASURE ISLAND (PG) (5 screens: Mandarin version; 1 screen: Japanese version), DISOBEDIENCE (R21) (2 Cathay screens), GOTTI (M18) (Lido exclusive) and THE BRITS ARE COMING (M18 Edited) (Lido exclusive) are the other debuts.
HOTEL ARTEMIS, BUYER BEWARE and THE BRITS ARE COMING are the 6th edited releases of the year; while BUYER is also the 3rd edited release in which a "Passed Clean" version with a more restrictive rating is shelved for the theatrical release.
BURNING (M18) sneaks on 3 GV screens over the weekend.
