Singapore - SHAZAM! (PG) continues to conquer the box office for a second weekend. It has grossed an estimated S$2.84m (US$2,099,612) to date.
HELLBOY is the highest debut at no. 2 with an estimated S$310K (US$229,183). It's released in a M18 rated version and a PG13 edited version.
MISSING LINK (PG) opens wide but missed the top ten. Other debuts include DREADOUT (NC16) (9 screens), BREAKTHROUGH (PG) (5 Golden Village screens), FLY BY NIGHT 非常盗 (PG13) (5 Cathay screens), CAPTIVE STATE (PG13) (4 screens) and FATE/STAY NIGHT [HEAVEN'S FEEL] II. LOST BUTTERFLY (NC16) (4 Golden Village screens).
TEHRAN TABOO (R21) starts at the Projector from Friday, 12 April.
THE CURSE OF THE WEEPING WOMAN (NC16) sneaks island wide over the weekend and scared up an estimated S$77,172 (US$57,053). Premium options include IMAX.
Among holdovers, DUMBO (PG) and P STORM 《P 风暴》(PG13) have has grossed an estimated S$1.14m (U$842,802) and S$380K (US$280,934) respectively.
