In comparison, BLACK WIDOW (PG13) opened with US$949,860 (presumably for the 5 days from Wednesday through Sunday); FAST & FURIOUS 9 (PG13) started with sneak previews and netted an estimated US$952,940 (S$1.28m) from Thursday thru Sunday; GODZILLA VS. KONG (PG13) presumably has the biggest start of the year so far with an estimated US$1.62m (S$2.19m) (5 days over Wednesday thru Sunday).
PAW PATROL (PG) holds steady at no. 2 while former no. 1 FREE GUY (PG13)
falls to third place with a total of US$674,500 to date.
ESCAPE FROM MOGADISHU (PG13) opens in the top ten at no. 8.
