Singapore - For its second weekend, FROZEN II (PG) collects another US$1,204,219 to hold on to no. 1. The Disney pic has collected a total of US$3,665,331 to date.
KNIVES OUT (PG13 Edited) opens on Wednesday (27 Nov), with US$223,724 from 21 screens. It's the 14th edited release of the year, and the 7th in
which the distributor chose to forego an uncut version with a more restrictive rating.
LAST CHRISTMAS (NC16) kicks off on 31 screens with US$98,875, including previews. WET SEASON《热带雨》(M18), the 7th local release of the year debuts at no. 6, while DOWNTON ABBEY (M18) comes in at no. 8 with US$28,589 (incl. previews) from 10 screens.
ARCTIC JUSTICE (PG), TOKYO GHOUL S (NC16), EJEN ALI: THE MOVIE (PG) (Malay) and LA BELLE EPOQUE (R21) (French) are the other new releases.
Among holdovers, CHARLIE'S ANGELS (PG13) has grossed US$1,024,705; FORD V
FERRARI (PG13) has accumulated US$423,094; while MALEFICENT: MISTRESS
OF EVIL (PG) has taken US$3,036,096.
