Singapore - STAR WARS: THE RISE OF SKYWALKER (PG13 Edited) blasted into theatres island wide and collected US$1,479,646 to triumph at no. 1. Premium options included 3D and IMAX 3D.
IP MAN 4: THE FINALE《叶问4:完结篇》 (PG13 Edited) sneaked on Thursday evening and opened on Friday (20 Dec). It's the second highest debut this past weekend with an estimated US$1.25m (S$1.7m).
PERFECT NANNY (M18) was the only other new film that opened. It screened exclusively at Lido.
Among holdovers, JUMANJI: THE NEXT LEVEL (PG) has grossed US$3,989,133; FROZEN II (PG) has collected US$5,580,279 and KNIVES OUT (PG13 Edited) has taken US$72,176.
